Its really nice place, on a golf course and has a nice gym/pool. Only down fall is my water heater only works when my furnace is on. Have had it looked at and never was fixed.

The best place to live in Westminster. But you should rent a garage in case you want to park your car in one of the late nights.

I love my apartment and where it's located. The staff is mindful of clean hallways and clean grounds. Maintenance staff gets things done and when I see the staff they are always smiling.

I find the Vintage at Hyland Hills one of the best places to live. There are many things that you can do on the property. I came from a home to downsize and of all of the apartments that we looked at this one was the best. You can not go wrong in renting at The Vintage at Hyland Hills.

My husband and I love it here. It is beautiful and quiet. The staff respects your privacy and will not enter apartment without permission.

I would tell them that I'm very happy which my choice of residence. It's very close to the Hwy 36 or the Westminster RTD Park-N-Ride and shopping. 15 minutes to Denver or Boulder by car. Huge park. Friendly atmosphere. Friendly and attentive staff. Very reasonably priced for location.

NIce location with good access to things

The apartments and amenities are quality and well maintained. Every issue I have had has been promptly taken care of no matter the hour by the staff in a friendly manner. It's close to shops, restauraunts, and groceries but far enough off the main road so that you get peace and quiet. Very pet friendly with stations everywhere. They go out of their way to make it feel like a community and not just apartments.

We love being here, right in the middle of everything we are involved in. The maintenance staff is wonderful and very king. They go out of their way to help the residents . The views and the atmosphere is better than any place we lived in before and we really enjoyt living here.
